Been doing light weights and cardio this week, tying to let my CNS heal up as well as my body.

Tomorrow will be heavy squats as Im going to pick up with the end of the 5x4's or the start of the 3x3's... I want to finish this cycle properly and see where I end up...

Let it heal and let us know how that new belt does. I did a max 1 rep calculator on my deads it said I could pull 464. So i want 500 by December, gonna get serious

I feel pretty good as of now. I want to get going on the weights, so I have really had to force myself to take it easy:D Tomorrow will be my first day back on the heavy stuff. I will see how it feels, if it doesn't go really well I'll just take another week:thumb:

Sucks to hear Albert, thats one of the main reasons I stay away from creatine and take my PW after a bathroom trip. :rofl:

Eh, live and learn I guess Matt... Still not sure if it was the creatine or dinner from the night before. You always run a risk when you eat out. In hind site I should have packed my own food pre-meet and eliminated that chance.

I'm getting fired up to get back in the gym. Tonight's squats will be a test to see if I'm ready or need another week off... Deadlift is so close to 500 I can smell it:D

I have been surprised a few times after talking to guys, so don't always assume.

Sometimes the oddest people will be on gear and then the guys you swear are, are not. :thumb:

That being said, its hilarious to watch guys off cycle if they are gym rats like myself and you always see em.

Albert, did you see clamdigger's posts on CompD? Man he's a beast of a dude. Bodybuilder but still seems to be pretty dang strong and cuts a LOT for competition. :eek: Looks like Nick's friend but bigger (he's in heavyweight category). He doesn't appear to be "all show and no power" either as he picks up and puts down very heavy weight in spite of being a BB. Pretty dang impressive to me! :thumb:


His eating is unfathomable to me! I can't even imagine eating like he does. What a chore!

Ya Mitch, I congratulated him on his win. He's a friggin monster. I think he posted a vid awhile back reppin 455 on bench:D.

I'm positive he spends a fortune on supps and food to maintain that size, hopefully he has some good sponsors taking care of him. Pretty sure he said he was 5'11 or 10" and 275.... That's my height and 70 more pounds of beef:baby:
