Screw it, I'm calling a spine specialist today and getting a 2nd opinion on my back. Not really sure how to explain it, certain seating positions have a constant pain to them. I can't drive the wife's car without a constant painin my left leg.

These all felt pretty good... the SS coach i saw said to drop Press, bench and powerclean to 2.5lb increases not 5lb increases. Im gonna do that atleast on the press and PC. bench is still fairly low and i think 5lb jumps are good for a bit

Did back today. Forgot my belt so I kept it light.

315x6 damn grip I could only get a smoother bar today it was busy. Tore up rows. Pull downs, rear delt flys cable and free weight. Tried to do pull ups and couldn't hang on.

Finally back to some weight on squats. Projected max week again.

Ended up getting 335 for 3.

I'm ready for bench tomorrow and deads Friday. Deload week is going to be needed this cycle. I'm torn up. Everything is tight. Been driving more for work and that doesn't help with the hip flexor issues.

Dats a lot singles at that weight, nice work!

I can't ever get a proper lift off, so never bothered with em, which is always fun with some heavy 1rm attempts :lol: Screws up my arch to all hell most of the time.

Thanks Matt. It's way harder to keep tight that's forsure but if you don't have a spotter....

I'd like to gain a good 6 or more inches, vertical is somewhere around 30" now. At age 32 is this feasible?

Box jumps as Bennet mentioned but more than anything Squat.... Big wheels means Big leap;)

I'm gonna start getting some preworkout again. Did some lighter squats yesterday tried to go really low. I can only go parallel lol 225x10x4 then straight legged deads 225x10x4 then all the machines to go with it.
