Finally back to some weight on squats. Projected max week again.
Ended up getting 335 for 3.
I'm ready for bench tomorrow and deads Friday. Deload week is going to be needed this cycle. I'm torn up. Everything is tight. Been driving more for work and that doesn't help with the hip flexor issues.
