Natural but not doing impressive weight yet lol. Gonna try to pyramid up over 405 on deads Tuesday. Then the following week maybe do some heavy 5x5 then lighten it up again and go high. My squat is feeling good now that my dead weight is going up and I've been squatting narrower. So i hope my bench goes up I've been stuck on my sets on bench a while now, now that my core strength is going up.
Good work!Thats the nice thing about squats and deads, if one goes up normally the other will as well. And as for bench we have all be stuck and theres only one way to get past it, Train like a mother ****er! When I got stuck id bench 3-4 times a week!

Come to the dark side with me...I usually do some "assistance" stuff after big lifts. Ex: Bench day gets pushups or burpees or jerks in the afternoon workout. Squat day always gets some box jumps and rowing in. We just got one of rogue's stationary bikes. That thing is MEAN. The harder you push, the more it resists. No resting, no cruising, just ego checking.
I missed a whole week cause of moving, preaching to the choir but god damn don't ever buy a pick up truck. :roflmao:

I bet you could. I squat low to mid 300s and I can get that out. I do overloaded jerk drives out of the rack. If you don't get used to big weight, you can let the weights be heavy. That's against the rules around here!
