Since we are all friends now, my name is Bennett. I spent most of my time in the gym drilling clean pulls from blocks, so I was dragging ass by the time I drug out a bench.

The little weightlifter feels the need to come up with excuses for you huge guys...I just want to be accepted. :roflmao:

I get curious when reading your huge pulls and stuff guys. What do you all weigh? I'm sure its been said, but this thread is huge now. I am right at 187. I want to walk around heavier as 187 is the very top of 85KG class.

Dynamic work of 5x3@135 with green bands single stretched to the floor, as fast as possible. So much harder than 8@240.

Barbell rows
185x10
205x8 for 2 sets

Slackass OHP 115,115,135 for 8
95lbs for 5x3 again, as fast as possible for optimum pain.

Weighted pullups 10,8,6 with a 35lb kettlebell on the foot.

I'm 195 and wanting to go down some weight for summer.. But with my motivation and pizza it's not looking good.

5'11 207 as of this morning, was up to 215 for this last meet... Plan on staying at the very top of this 205 class, 202-207 and I'm money:thumb: very little to no cut.

My target is 197 walking around and cuts to 187. I can lose 4-5kilos in a couple hours. Sweet tarts, spitting, sauna at the same time. Weightlifter life. It's all glamour.

Oly prancing is my main gig, this powerlifting stuff is just extra.
I will confess that it is fun to do, effective in adding overall strength, and the blonde doesn't hate more butt and shoulders. :D

I think it has good carry over both ways... However once you get to be Dan Green's size I think your mobility might fall off a touch:rofl: "The Blonde" will probably like it though, that guy has got a huge azz:D

That guy is doing great things in the sport. The powerlifter that looks like a body builder! I watched a video a while back of him pulling 700 at like a six inch deficit of something stupid like that.

I agree he's the Boss:D From what I gather he is a genuine super nice guy.

Another that has a bright future is Jesse Norris. His numbers are close to Dan's but a weight class lower... Oh and he's 19 or 20 I believe. Looks a lot like Dan.

Right now im 6'7" around 265-270 not very lean goin to try to get into the 93-105 kg class (205-231) Im confident I can, and im not sure, I just battled a partially torn rotator cuff, and for the last couple months its been insane so I decided to take some time off and let them get better! So far so good!

Benched yesterday started the Vanilla "Gorrilla Bench" program last week was a easy 255 for 3x3 yesterday was 260 3x3

Watched this vid and most all of Jon's stuff many times. I really like his intensity:thumb: Klokov, Cal strength, Farris, Shankle all great lifters that are fun to watch.

My cardio partner, she is 4 years old 25lbs
