Had a good one last night after a couple weeks off.
Squats
135x10
185x5
225x5
245x10
255 5x3

Dead
225x10
275x9 could have done 10 but my grip wasn't having it
275x5

Felt strong. This bar at work is terrible, no knurling, slippery as hell. I feel that with a good bar I could dead at least 290x10.

I would love to but I'm on a ship and ain't got none.

Well your next trip make sure you bring it. You can mix some chalk and rubbing alcohol in a small squirt bottle. Put a small amount on your hands and it stays put. Less messy than powder or a bar and works just as good.

Went to ththe chiro Friday for the first time in my life. Took X-rays and all that. Said they can't see anything major wrong, but my pelvis was out of alignment somewhat (one side higher than the other). That was Friday at noon, Saturday I barely got out of bed I hurt so bad but loosened up as the day went on. Was hurting again yesterday afternoon after I cut wood, which I expected but it had to be done. At the gym right now and can barely do anything.

Go back Wednesday so I guess we will see if they can help anymore.

Well that's good they don't see anything obvious. I went 2 times a day for close to 3 weeks because I tried to be a tough guy and ignore the pain(20 years ago)... They used the little shocker pads on my lower back in 6 places, he turned them up until I couldn't take it and left me for 1/2 hour on pulse mode:baby: Then he would adjust me. After 3 weeks I felt like a million bucks, now I just go in once a month or so for maintenance adjustments to keep my spine in alignment and everything loose and mobile:thumb: Heavy weight training has a tendency to push sh*t out of place.
