Is it sealed or laminated in any way or could you use some leather lotion or something and work it over? My roommate just got a new one and he did that and sat there and worked it and bent it for an hour while we watched a TV show and it is much better.

Louie is an incredible guy. He's a mad scientist and doesn't get enough respect for what he has done.

His words in bigger faster stronger were hilarious. When told smelly said he was going off steroids he laughed in the younger Bell's face. Then when he said it was real he made the sign of the cross and acted like his friend had died.

In other news, I heard that the local outlet store has old stock reebok and Nike oly shoes for $35/pair. I'm headed down there tonight to check.

If they do grab me an 11.5 :D

Squats: sets of six at 275 to test the waters. Felt good, but heavy and stiff after spending a week doing a bunch of lunges and other high rep work since I couldn't play with the adult section weights. ;)

Deads at the same weight, again, just to make sure my back felt good.

I'll finish this round of Candito as perscribed on the upper body stuff and ramp the weight and reps up to match up nicely with week one of the next cycle to get back on the horse.

Nick, sweet score on the rack. Where are you at with your weights on the lifts now? I feel like a little fella in this thread with these animals pulling huge weight. I'll have you all know I absolutely crushed the scale in half today. 189.5. :joker:

You feel like the little fella huh? Haha, i guess i shouldnt even comment on this thread at all with my tiny numbers.

Candito's program is certainly working for me though. I am at 305lb squat now, 345lb dead, 275lb bench. Gained almost 35lb in my squat and deads after the first 6 weeks. Course I am only 5'10" 165lbs.

All i want is a 300 bench, 400 squat and 450 dead while under 175lbs.

That's some good numbers for a 165 guy!

That's it I'm looking at this candito program

Thanks man, im trying. Squats and deads are coming up the fastest because I neglected doing them for so long.

Only thing that i dont like about the program is some of the bench days feel a little easy, i usually throw in a couple more de-load sets so i can actually feel like i got a workout.
