I'm not against it. The only thing I don't like about it is that I didn't come up with a way to get that many people to pay for it. The participation levels blow me away.

100x4x3 weighted dips. They had been hurting my hand so I stopped doing them for awhile... So far so good, I will ease back into more reps.
This workout was much harder than I thought it should be. The benching was fine, other than no spotter on the last set and I pussed out. All the acc. stuff felt wicked heavy, long day at work I guess.
That's some #s on dips.. I thought 45 was a good # I guess I'm gonna have to step up my game. Next week I'm back to smashing the gym!
Thanks Bud. Go easy on them as you can injure your hands pretty easily... I had what felt like a deep bone bruise in my right palm for a long time and had to stop doing them that heavy...
