A.
8x3 Front Squat, work to heavy 3 for the day on 2:00 per round clock.
This went fast, little rest at the end for triples.
Hit 265 for a solid three, plenty of speed left.

B.
Every 5 minutes for 3 rounds sprint:
9 Deads @ 225
9 bar over burpees
6 Deads
6 Burpees
3 "
3 "
Rounds only took ~1:20, so plenty of rest here.
The crossfolk don't know what to think when you deadlift with proper form around them.

C.
50 banded good mornings (thickest band you can find, GFY)
50 reverse lunges
40 banded good mornings
40 rev. lunge

10 "




Still weighing in low 170's. Planning to make a slow climb up to 185-190 so I have an excuse to be slow and a shot at a 4 plate squat by summer. :thumb:

Bench today. Worked up to 225 on incline for 5, flat bench 225x8, 265x5, 285x5, 305x3, 315x1, prob could have done more but wasn't feeling pushing the shoulder.. accessory work in between and abs as always.. little guy at 195

That's about what my brother weighs and he can't touch weight like that.

Did one if the rear delt workouts i posted pics if. That volume is the real deal,adds mass big time. Im not keeping up with numbers,but moving heavy weight. Hard keeping up with some of you bastards,

damn near exactly what i did last night and shoulder wasnt feeling great. weighed in at 178 last night. the flu last month killed me body weight wise... still cant believe i was 218+ last year this time but just as strong still as then..

Damn 178? Must be shredded.

I'm 5-10 195 on average. Leaning out but staying consistent on body weight. My buddy was there yesterday. He's 170 and benched 365 natty yesterday., hes probably 5,7.. I've seen him do 405 on gear. But I'm all natural so I don't feel to bad

I'm 5-10 195 on average. Leaning out but staying consistent on body weight. My buddy was there yesterday. He's 170 and benched 365 natty yesterday., hes probably 5,7.. I've seen him do 405 on gear. But I'm all natural so I don't feel to bad

in the single digit on BF. and that is nuts for you friend but ive never done any of the "gear" stuff, been natural all along. only way to go IMO.

This megawatt v2 tore me up, 2 scoops up til 1:30 am and pissed like 13 times. But I definitely felt it, I think I'm gonna do one scoop today lol.

Lmao I did one scoop today, not pissing as much we will see if i can sleep. Maxed on deadlift today 495 no grips. That megawatt works boys lol

You boys give me hope. I’ve gotta find a stress outlet that doesn’t break me and know I need to work out for my health. It’s just hard not having a partner to motivate me. Currently am around 5’10” and 140lbs. I’d love to be 160-170 by the end of the year. I know it’s gonna take a lot of work though...

Also struggling to find a good gym. Planet fitness is kinda a joke and crowded and too far. Theres 2 gyms close but one is full of high school punks for $30 a month but the other is an older place that’s 24/7 and rarely has anyone there and you just get a code for $35 a month. What do y’all think? And thanks for the motivation. I need it.

Planets only good for scenery. All smith macines,dumbells go to 60#. Wtf

100% truth to that! i almost workout better without a partner to be honest.

X2. Too many people feel they need to have a workout partner to actually workout. At the end of the day, you and only you can make yourself do it.

With that said, it is a mental thing that people need to overcome. While working out in groups(as I do Crossfit) is fun, suffering in the silence of my own company is what I like.

It's always nice having a spot, but if some one misses a day the schedules get mixed up. Or you miss because they miss, if they are in a drag ass mood it slows you down. And even if they are an awesome partner it takes twice as long to get a workout in with 2 people.

agreed but i can always bum a spot from someone there. Ive tried the partner thing multiple times and it ends up just like you mentioned. They are feeling blah one day and it brings me down, they drag ass and slows the workout down, i rest more and dont keep intensity up, etc.

ill stick to lifting solo lol
