I've been in the gym since highschool but had a couple nagging injuries that finally healed up. Finally been pushing some weight lately. 585 squat, 585 deadlift, 415 bench. On my way to a 600 squat. I weigh 250lbs.

Been squatting a bit more, hit 315 beltless paused in the hole and 335 with the belt paused. Felt good to put a little weight on, 225 for lots of reps gets boring.

FML finally moved 300+ for more than a couple. It's not much compared to where I was but it felt like a win so Im taking it. Knee is getting better nad my back is letting me move some heavier weights finally. Slow and steady...

I've been a puss recently. Did 285x4 on flat bench this week. First time I'd touched a barbell on bench in 4-6 weeks. All dumbell work for the last 4-6 weeks. Actually believe I got some pec development from it tho.

Hey everybody. I'm still alive and lifting, weights haven't moved up or down very crazy the last few months. But just measured my chest unflexed at just over 49 inches and my wimpy arms at 17 flexed lol. Been working on the truck so missing days here and there so I'm glad to just glad to be maintaining strength. I'm at 6 foot 2 and 247 pounds.

I figured as much sh*t as you got done on the truck, that the gym was on the back burner ish Jessey:D Glad your maintaining dude.

I need some motivation to finish pulling the heads on my new crap box:eek: found most of the bridges off and half the pushrods bent on the passenger bank, stupid f-ers and ether should be kicked in the nuts...

Trucks definitely had me busy, still been hitting the gym like 3 days a week most weeks and hitting it hard when I do. Gotta get these arms bigger so I can rip gears better:D

Hit some front squats, OHP, & shrugs tonight. Been using Capsaicin on my knees (patellar tendon area) seems to be helping as long as I stretch and warm up thoroughly. If you use it watch this video and be very cautious of how much you put on. My first application was to much and I thought someone was holding a blow torch on my knees... Good news was my tendonitis didn't bother me at all cause the knees were in flames:spit:

Worked legs with the personal trainers/ supplement store gal yesterday.. she kept up minus squat weight.. we both waddled out of the gym bitching about our legs lmao. I'm going to be hurting. High volume heavy weight.
