I've been in the gym since highschool but had a couple nagging injuries that finally healed up. Finally been pushing some weight lately. 585 squat, 585 deadlift, 415 bench. On my way to a 600 squat. I weigh 250lbs.

FML finally moved 300+ for more than a couple. It's not much compared to where I was but it felt like a win so Im taking it. Knee is getting better nad my back is letting me move some heavier weights finally. Slow and steady...
I figured as much sh*t as you got done on the truck, that the gym was on the back burner ish Jessey Glad your maintaining dude.
I need some motivation to finish pulling the heads on my new crap box found most of the bridges off and half the pushrods bent on the passenger bank, stupid f-ers and ether should be kicked in the nuts...
Trucks definitely had me busy, still been hitting the gym like 3 days a week most weeks and hitting it hard when I do. Gotta get these arms bigger so I can rip gears better
Worked legs with the personal trainers/ supplement store gal yesterday.. she kept up minus squat weight.. we both waddled out of the gym bitching about our legs lmao. I'm going to be hurting. High volume heavy weight.
