210k open squat
Idk about he bench saw a 100k
I know 8of 9 lift where good and he said majority of the guys in his class where in the 700lb range.. he was towards the tail end of everyone... considering he had prostate cancer and torn rotator cuff in last two years.. he's doing pretty good.

I hiked 8 miles sunday. 2 in with pack and gun, 2 out with pack including hind quarter of elk and , then 2 back with pack and gun, then 2 back out with pack including front quarter and the head plus gun. Buddy got the same minus the head. Done by 12:30.
Monday was 5 miles of hiking and looking for cows but saw a bird and that was it.
Today was 8 miles of hiking and saw 3 birds and no elk or deer. Loaded mine up and came home.

Training snuck up on me. Today was 5x5 squats at 300, and felt super fast, easy at the bottom.
Been working foot position a ton. Moving stance out wider with good result.
20 rounds for time:
-10 calorie row
-1 stone to shoulder, 100 pounder
Now I'm looking at three kabobs and a pile of roasted veggies.
Speaking of, I've been hitting intra carb and have less in meals outside of workouts. About 150% as much fat per day compared to before introducing intra back in.
Anyone else time food or anything more structured?
