Any good stretches for leg muscles related to knee movement? Pretty sure its just beat up quads and calves on my leg not something actually in my knee. Have full range of motion without pain, just sore and have slight pain near quad/calf insertion area.

I have learned to back it down when I'm not feeling it, saving me some injury downtime think:rofl:Chest/tri day. Wasn't really feeling it at all for some reason today. Wimped out on the last rep of both flat and decline bench.
