Volume def kills your soul, really makes you wanna get on the tren :rofl:

Any good stretches for leg muscles related to knee movement? Pretty sure its just beat up quads and calves on my leg not something actually in my knee. Have full range of motion without pain, just sore and have slight pain near quad/calf insertion area.

Bench...felt heavier than it should have. Kinda bummed but that's the side effect of getting sick.
Barx20, 95x10, 135x10, 135x8, 160x8sx3r. Did it at home since had a sick kid. Hoping to get it back come next week.

Hit 205, 215, 220 all in the last 2 min after screwing off in the beginning. Stiff as a board today. Didn't sleep enough this weekend.

evens: 4 weighted pullups +15lbs
odds: 4 incline DB press, 75s

C.
Sled push 50' every minute on the minute until you have blood in your stool.
Start at 45 and add a 25 each round.
Made it to minute 16 before uncontrollable heaves started.:eek:

Chest/tri day. Wasn't really feeling it at all for some reason today. Wimped out on the last rep of both flat and decline bench.

Oh well I'm happy with repping 205 - 10x on flat bench.

Ate a bad burrito or something yesterday. Stayed up late face down in the toilet. So naturally, today felt awesome...

A. 12:00 to work to a heavy snatch double touch and go. 155 is all I could muster. Sweating all over the place already.

B. 10x4 Squats on a two minute clock with :45 ring hold on the opposing minute.
