Hit the back and bi's last night.

4x10 Pullups

4x10 Rows

4x10 lat pull down
super-set with
4x10 low pulls

4x10 single arm rows with barbell.

3x10 incline curls

12, 10, 8 incline curls (laid down facing an incline bench)

4x10 reverse barbell curls

Hit the abs and called her good.

If I miss a snatch, it's still out front half of the time.

Having said that, I'll chase that thing off the platform to catch it. It may not be three whites at a meet, but it's good enough for the girls I go out with. :roflmao:

I like the head, elbow, ass prints in the wall at cal strength:D

Maxxed out Leg extension machine for 4x10. I can finally get all 4 sets in now.
Ham curls and calves. Short and hard day

5x5 front squats. 185, 195, 205, 205

4x10 squats 225, 235, 245, 255

4x5 step ups. 115x2/ 135x2

3x10 lunges. 135, 145, 155

Hit the calves.

Called it a day. Any recommendations on calf work? I hit those damn things hard and see nothing out of them.

First day back in 2 weeks. Still slightly congested but not bad. But the itch to lift was unreal today at work. So 5:30 I got home and grabbed my chit and off I went all giddy like a school girl.

5 min steepest Incline at a brisk walk, 5 min rowing...stretching and light warmups.

Squats...can tell I haven't done in 2 weeks and DOMS for days I'm sure will follow. Bar x10 x2, 95 x10 x2, 135 x10, 135 x5, 155 x5 x2, 175 x5, 195 x2, 200 x3, 205 x3...almost stuck coming out on rep 2, 210 x3 moved great.

Conventional deads. 135 x10, 185 x6 x2

Stretch the legs out real good for 15 min

Warm up chest and back some.
Flat DB bench 30sx20, 45sx16...some ass hat took the 50s I guess because they are mia.

Bench. Bar x20, 95 x15, 135 x10, 160 x5, 180 x3, 185 x3, 190 x3....for some reason my normal grip felt stupid wide so I came in 1.5" on each side for today. Shit felt heavy as f**k. But good to shock the body and let it remember what it can do. I'll start week 4 again Monday so long as legs and back agree by then.

I love when some bro is doing curls in the only squat rack on a squat day. Gets me all fired up to dead heavy after exchanging some pleasantries. :D

Arnold thought his calves were his worst, so he trained them twice a day everyday, or some crazy sh*t...

I have had good results with using the smith machine and a step. I load it up as heavy as you can and do sets of 4-5 15-20 with it, alternate narrow med and wide- toes out and toes in- bent knees and straight knees.

I do use the smith machine and I alternate toe position. Never tried different knee positions? I'll give that a whirl.
