Gym has been poopy lately... Took 5-6 days off with how much I have been working. Benched the night before last and thought 315 was going to staple me, got 1 good paused 315 meh. Decided to do deads last night worked up to a new hook grip PR 455. It was tough but went up well. Just going slow with squats and deads to not aggravate my vag back:rofl:

My squat is low and I looked up a few things and went slightly wider stance and pointed my feet out slightly more. Felt like it took alot off of my knees. Hope weight starts moving up soon. I did 275 x 8 for 4 sets getting used to the new stance.

Sumo deadlift

315x1 - it moved really easy & I said F it, load it up

New PR! Unfortunately i didnt get any video. :(

It was a little sloppy but I made it to lock out. My Calves were screaming for mercy. Looks like I found a weak spot. I think 405 will be doable by years end, but I have some work to do this summer!

Done! Happy but not satisfied. Me Want more. I also said Ill be sticking to low weight, high reps. Yeah, that went real well. :rofl:
