Guy that spotted me at the gym today was like "dude your a beast for your siz", told him I weigh 190 and he almost fell over lol. Made me feel good :thumb:

I did 4 days on that 5x5...I did one day where I did whatever I wanted. Like you said legs blow up and I got crazy definition but knees and hips gave me the middle fingerGood lord Matt:thumb:
I squatted 5 days a week for a few weeks... Legs blew up but knees and hips weren't pleased with the frequency:rofl:
