Didn't want to leave ya out Katie :hug:

Need to get my ass under a bar and get some squat numbers up..

Guy that spotted me at the gym today was like "dude your a beast for your siz", told him I weigh 190 and he almost fell over lol. Made me feel good :thumb:

Since my dead lift pr i kind of have a fire under my ass to do a bench and squat max. I would guess on a good day my bench would be 335 to 345. And my squat probably 370 range. Stupid squats:mad: I'll have to get a spot and go for those soon.

Hahaha you guys are funny. Tuesday I think is Deadlift day hopefully hit a weight that makes more sense than 193 hahah.

Squats are everyday boys come on! Don't need a spotter just drop the bar :)

I agree on the squat spotter.. it's not awkard for me to have a spot on squats..

I squatted 5 days a week for a few weeks... Legs blew up but knees and hips weren't pleased with the frequency:rofl:

I did 4 days on that 5x5...I did one day where I did whatever I wanted. Like you said legs blow up and I got crazy definition but knees and hips gave me the middle finger
