Holy shit!!! If the calculator didn't lie that puts you at a 477 1RM

I wish Brock:rofl: I'm probably in the 350-375 range if i did a few weeks peaking.

Those rep calculators are pretty far off in the higher rep ranges. I won't use them for anymore than a 3-4 rep set, that seems to be semi accurate within 5-10 pounds.

I found a program I'm going to do after Candito. I'll wait until I've done a cycle on it to let you know so I can give a fair review, but judging by the gym it's coming from I "think" it should be pretty legit

Your both beasts...congrats to ya both. I could maybe eeek out 1 with the ugliest form ever and some help lol

And I'm probably the heaviest guy in here, didnt weigh myself but i am probably 240 pounds. Im suprised how strong some people are that I have like 40 pounds on lol. definitely got a few extra pounds. I'm not a high rep person lol

Jesse that's awesome:thumb: 16 is nothing to sneeze at, my tri's were lighting up at 17... I haven't tried to max rep 225 ever... So I had no idea, was hoping for 20 range but honestly didn't know.

There are some 160-205 guys that make us all added together look weak:eek: I just do Albert things and work on my progression. A favorite quote I heard is "never compare your chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 10" I tell myself that daily. There is always a someone bigger, better and faster than you... You just gotta bust those F-ers in the Knee:thumb:

Week 5 of 8 week cycle. Time under load has been stooopid. Hit monday and tuesday hard, yesterday and today deload.

5 Rounds at slack-ass pace:
50' sled push, heavy AF (the post is tall enough for 7 plates, so you can usually get 9 on there before they move around too much...:D)
250 M run
15 wall balls

My hamstrings were screaming all day after the stiff leg deads and GHR earlier this week.

Well it all started Wednesday night at a class for work, had some Italian catered and it didn't taste right so I didn't eat much. Another guy at work wasn't feeling the best today either..

Just woke up and ran into the bathroom to puke my guts up. Wish I had done it hours ago as I feel way better.. tomorrrow should be fun at work.

(prescribed is front squats and bar facing burpees however I subd for back squats working on getting a new 1RM)
