Nice! Today I needed all you big bastards and you to Chris, lol, to come scream at me to get the weight moving. Been eating clean and in excess to help with energy and feeling better. Well ate some nachos last night with some jalapeños and had 3 beers....haha yea f off said the legs this morning. 185 moved like absolute crap and 200 was a legitimate struggle but I ground em out. For some reason I got midway my last set of squats and decided to over think it as I came out of the hole which in turn I paused and went back down and then up about 2 inches. Had to set it on the safety bars. Man I felt stupid and was super mad at myself. So unloaded, reracked, reloaded and went for my last 2. 1st 1 moved great, 2nd one some friggin lady decided she needed to put her 5lb plate back on the squat rack instead of where she got it. So had to wait for her to move then did the last rep. Racked it and proceeded to chew her a new one on gym etiquette. Then did some conventional deads...pretty sure my hips shoot up and I stiff leg it as my back is wow tired. But here is the end results and no pain so I'm not gonna complain there.I can deadlift 225 like a boss :woott:

Definitely need to work on hamstring mobility and getting hipls, glutes and hammies alot looser.
There was a lift benefit a while back and everyone did there own body weight as many times as possible, you guys would definitely get me there.
