I bet I could do between 15 and 20 after I warmup. But I'm all for low reps so who knows. But I've done 14 on a warmup before.

Did 24 in high school. Yesterday i did several sets of wide grip 225. Wonder how many i could do regular grip,at least 15.

Nice! Today I needed all you big bastards and you to Chris, lol, to come scream at me to get the weight moving. Been eating clean and in excess to help with energy and feeling better. Well ate some nachos last night with some jalapeños and had 3 beers....haha yea f off said the legs this morning. 185 moved like absolute crap and 200 was a legitimate struggle but I ground em out. For some reason I got midway my last set of squats and decided to over think it as I came out of the hole which in turn I paused and went back down and then up about 2 inches. Had to set it on the safety bars. Man I felt stupid and was super mad at myself. So unloaded, reracked, reloaded and went for my last 2. 1st 1 moved great, 2nd one some friggin lady decided she needed to put her 5lb plate back on the squat rack instead of where she got it. So had to wait for her to move then did the last rep. Racked it and proceeded to chew her a new one on gym etiquette. Then did some conventional deads...pretty sure my hips shoot up and I stiff leg it as my back is wow tired. But here is the end results and no pain so I'm not gonna complain there.

Squats. Barx15, barx10, 135x6, 135x5, 185x2, 200x4x3s.
Conventional deads. 135x6, 185x5, 200x3x2s.

Definitely need to work on hamstring mobility and getting hipls, glutes and hammies alot looser.

Thursday 225 bench showdown. 1 set of as many reps as you can get, no re-racking, no half repping. Save your numbers until Friday. Winner gets a poopy flavored lollipop:D

This drives me insane. It says a lot about a facility how their clientele behave around lifters. I dropped into a gym last weekend, set up out of the way in the corner, and started some snatch work. Although there was very little traffic by that spot when people did come by, they kept walking right in front of the bar. :confused:

It's times like that where you think about missing one on accident/purpose...:angel:

There was a lift benefit a while back and everyone did there own body weight as many times as possible, you guys would definitely get me there.

God I was mad, then about got run the hell over on the interstate by some dipshit talkin on the phone laying no attention. Wason the way to work and had to go a few extra miles because of his dumb ass

Pullups and shoulder press alternating EMOM for 20 today. 3s on press @145. 10-9-8-7-6-7-8-9-10 on pullups.

Pullups feel better now than they did at 175.

Kroc row and weighted dip to tighten up the sleeves before I left. :D
