I could prob do my bw 20-25 reps if i was fresh and well rested. :rofl:

I'm gonna try the bench thing today. I can keep my number quite til Thursday, missed a few days and definitely gotta hit chest today. Plus I ate like 8 pieces of pizza today

10x3 front squats worked up to 245. Short rest. 1:45 clock per round.
Stiff leg deads 3x8, step ups 3x8, and glute/ham raises supposed to be 3x8 but about made a scene in the third set...:eek:

Warm up. 6 min on bike, 8 min doing various light pushing, pulling and circling exercises to get the back, shoulders, elbows and wrists warm.

Bench. Bar x10, 95 x10, 135 x5 x3s, 155 x3, 175 x1, 180 x6 x3s.
Some seated rows...barbell rows makes the back holy cow angry.
Standing shoulder press. 95x6, 100x6, 105x6. Left shoulder doesn't like these, past shoulder surgery be my guess and shit mobility.
Lat PD. 75x10, 120x6, 135x6, 125x6

Ah yea f that, I feel your pain. I was there 4 times Monday while I was at the gym. Wasn't sure if I could squat even, but I did....not sure how but I did
