5'10" and I'm 175 and they told me "your a little heavy". I told them that's why they looked like sticks with no muscle because they were worried about what some doctor said they should be and not what they could be

Last time I went to the doctor they told me I was technically overweight at 195.. he said I'll make a special note for your insurance that your not fat by any means haha.

Dam,guesd i stirred the pot. 215-220 is not a bad weight for 6 ft. 270 and fat was to much for me. Thats why i joined the gym again. I have never had a mass problem,i just remember feeling my best around 215-220.
