Dam,guesd i stirred the pot. 215-220 is not a bad weight for 6 ft. 270 and fat was to much for me. Thats why i joined the gym again. I have never had a mass problem,i just remember feeling my best around 215-220.

Not my normal chest day but I can change it up.
I usually can warm up with 225 and hit 10 pretty easy but we will see.
