WAsnt bad.. I didn't do much weight.. was actually told by the chiro not to use it when I first hurt my back. Need to ask him if it's ok now

I was curious... Seems like it would not put as much pressure on it. We don't have one at my gym. Just good ol squats and a f-ed up leg press that tilts as you push on it:confused:

I didn't ask him why not to use it just listened to him until yesterday lol. I'll ask next time I see him as it kicked my ass legs wise and I liked it.

Speaking of, what do you guys think of chiropractic care? I started going after my back injury and recently switched because I can't take advice from a guy who doesn't know his deadlift 1rm. The new guy squats a truck.:thumb:

Goal was at least 1x365, did that, said **** it, lets try 405 for a spin, sunk it. Well, might as well go for three whites, and did 1x455 :D

A. 10,20,30 yard shuttle sprints on the turf. 5 rounds on 90 sec clock. Faster each round.

After squats yesterday, the booty pump was real.

B.
0:00-6:00: 9-6-3 stone to shoulder at 100 pound bag. 50-40-30 double unders.
6:00-12:00 every other minute on the minute: 50 foot sled push. Eight plates. 10 push-ups.
14:00: another 6:00 amrap of the first section plus burpees in the remaining time.

I didn't have to worry about the burpees. Shit got emotional on the sleds and I fought off pukie on the bag the whole time. Flamed out in the 40 rounds of DUs.

I don't usually max and haven't had a spotter in about 2 months. But i hit a new 3 rep on squat.
I got a squirrel tournament this weekend and didn't want wobbley sore legs for that so switched back and leg day.
225 x 10 like usual
275 x 10
315 for 8 that was a suprise
335 for 5 still shocked I was doing so well
Said he'll with it and threw 5s on and did 345 for 4.
Pretty sure that's the most I've had on a squat bar that I can remember. Did 335 a few weeks ago for 3. Also got a compliment on how deep I was going so definitely a motivating day. Can't believe what some of you guys are putting up at your body weights. I was 241 today.

I second what Albert is saying. Listen to these fellas on here as they have put in the time and effort to know what works and how to achieve the goals. Like mentioned either eat like you mean it to gain and grow or eat slightly less than what you burn and you will trim, but it has to be the correct ratio of macros. Start by tracking your food for a week or 2. I used my fitness pal app by under armor. That will give you a base to make adjustments to. Also sugar and soda is your enemy. These guys on here will help you along and none of them will put you down, they will guide you best they can from where they are...I know I'm greatful for the the drive and inspiration I get from seeing them do good. It makes me want to do the same. Thanks fellas.

Today woo f me Ima have them DOMS for a few days. Stetching and rolling for 15 min to start.
Squats...barx10, 95x5, 135x6, 185 x10<---felt like dieing lol. 5 min rest then 175x3 for 10 sets...45-60 sec rest between sets.
Conventional deads. 135 x5 x2 sets for warm up.
Sumo. 185x8 for 3 sets. Holy sheet was I gassed. I dunno how Lts1ow does these cardio squat sessions at high weight...I'd die lol. Lots of stretching and rolling after. Left hammy and glue where they meet got pretty tight/borderline sore. Going to have to use a ball on that knot. Thanks for suggesting Candito, loving it so far.

Just checked into that app, and I am going GTO start doing doing that as it will make life alot easier. My work out consists of now

10 mins walking at high pace/very steep incline
10 mins of running slightly lowered grade
Repeat walking / high rate ,steep incline 10 min

Wednesday I run straight for 30 min

Do that daily to warm up to help cut weight,

Try to keep it simple. Arms Monday, abdominal area Tuesday, wed I run for 30 mins for and endurance day and then do chest work outs, thrusday legs/back. Friday home work out natural body weight (push ups,sit ups)

Looking to get to 200-205 pounds but BMI be a whole hell of alot less.

Trying to steer away from that, on weekends I get a little crazy and holidays. I like beer.... Usually a few on Friday and SAT night as well.

But Monday through Friday I'm strict.

Today-. 4:15 am (2 eggs on a wheat wrap with small amount of cheese on it) from them till 10am I have one cup of coffee (small sugar and creamer) and drink a protein shake. Break I had a ham sandwich ,slice of cheese and lettuce along with a bag of carrot/celery/cucumber. Lunch at noon consisted of a salad, with chicken , tomatoes and no dressing with a pear and a apple. Dinner asparagus and pork chops

That isn't a bad diet during the week. Your weekends might be sabotaging you more than think. Track them for a a couple weeks and see how your macros come out week end versus week day.

I suggest tracking it all as well. You may be surprised.

Try scaling back breads and other wheat products for a month or two and see what you think. Is the treadmill deal you mentioned the only cardio you're doing right now? It may be plenty if you cut wheat and dairy for a while. So
Many hammer out too much and still eat like shit. My opinion would we to clean up intake and keep hitting the iron over the treadmill.

Also, most people don't realize how much sugar they take in from some fruits.

Overall, the above doesn't sound bad at all, but if you go another step, you may see what you want faster.
