Jesse that sounds like hell and then some. Albert I've got to agree as why would they continue to allow him to come and not hold him responsible at some point. Be he is a participation awards winner by the sounds of it

I fear the worst is to come. Also Albert we have all shitty bars so I'm used to them. But if we did have a nice one and someone ****ed it up I'd be pissed. Especially if it was preventable.

We have 3 bars that have no center knurling and they are old and worn so not great grip then 1 newer bar with center knurling and awesome grip but it's a tiny bit smaller diameter. Drives me insane as I always put the 1 oddball in the squat rack so you have the center knurling to help keep it from sliding on your shirt or shoulder area. Everyday that damn bar get moved back to flat or Incline bench...that being said the other 3 have the ends attached via threads and a spanner nut. Super annoying lifting and I have to tighten it by my finger tips. Told em it needs replaced so there it still is...kinda annoying considering what they charge people, course I'm not a crossfit person so I don't matter at the gym.

Jesse what you mean the worst is yet to come.

Corbin lend me some motivation for abs and cardio...I hate both of those

Left my wrist wraps and elbow cuffs at home as they were in the wash. So decided to just do some light close grip bench and some EEK! cardio, cause fat kid:rofl:

Last day of base cycle, took longer than it should but I will take it.

Squats
10 x 3 x 315 in 25 min, lil slow today

Finished up the day with a 5 mile walk with the dog

Tuesday will be a 1RM test, but prob just verify I can do 405 and call it a day
