Knee sleeves won't do much to help tight muscles but, if you stretch/warm up with em on they will def keep things nice and warm throughout the workout.

Do you foam roll your front quad area? Knee travel across toes in control?

I do roll hammies, glutes, outsides, fronts, and insides of quads. Calves as well. I knees don't travel over toes...every once in a while my right knee likes to wobble. When it does I rack the weight and stretch a bit more. I do see what you guys mean though when you say front squats hurt the back less and low bar back squats hurt more, although I feel stronger in the low bar

I've had a out 20 cookies between yesterday and today. Got some knee sleeves from the wife, walked around in em for and hour and I impressed thus far.

Drove to Oklahoma,got a little tipsy Friday night. Today,squats 135 x10x2. 185x10x3. 225x10x1. Front squats 115x10x3. Leg press 4 sets. Leg curls 4 sets. Glute machine 4 sets. Calf raises. Cardio. Back was a little sore before I hit the gym so I didn't want to go to heavy. Merry Christmas

Lean protein options?

I'm dropping weight like a crack head.. I want to lean out some but maintain size

I used to use allmax ISO flex and it was like 60g per serving. Might get more of that..

Did a bunch of reading and studying and watching videos of others and myself last night. Found out my bench form was slightly off. Made 2 small adjustments today...widened grip by about 1/2-3/4" a side and got a better base with my feet and utilizing leg drive. Let me tell ya that made a massive difference today in bench. Last week 170 kicked my ass and today 185 moved really well.

Warmed up with high rep, low weight face pulls and some rotator cuff work to warm up the shoulders.

Low cable crossover and some 1 arm dB triceps extension. Felt good and I didn't get to the totally sore/fatigued which is good and the left shoulder didn't hurt or get overdone which has been an issue for me in the past since it's been surgically repaired. All in all I feel that I will start seeing a better improvement than what i was previously.

Just got back from 2 weeks in Kaui Hawaii:D I'm fat and tan instead of jacked and tan:thumb:

Hit the gym pretty much every day. Lifts were all off thanks to sub par equipment and freaking humidity, so I just went with what felt good and tried not to over do it.

Bw is fluffy 217... Time for some cardio and a bit of a cut over the next month or 2 will see if i can get down in the 200 range and maintain this muscle mass.

Hope all of ya are having great holidays.

As far as urine and hydration, I watch for dark stinky urine (dehydration) and clear urine (over hydration) unless your taking some sups, they can make your urine look pretty funky and smell. So I pretty much stick to a gallon or so of water a day is about perfect for me.

Way off topic but how was Kaui? We went to Oahu last month and stayed on the North Shore. Hoping to go back this year and try a different spot.

Kaui is fun, very laid back and lots of hiking if that's your thing. Plenty of beaches and mountains to climb around on. The some of the locals aren't as friendly as other islands but it's not bad.

Need to visit Pearl again, that place really gets me in my feels...

And as Corbin mentioned, no off topic in here lol, we cover about anything.
