Orange Triad FTW.

Squats
7 x 5 x 250

They washed the floor in the locker room and anyone with OLY shoes knows the struggle of walking on slick surfaces  Managed to catch myself before I did a full split but also made my inner leg area all sorts of angry

Damn! Ordered optimen last night. Might give triad a go next time

Need to eat more clean calories and more water and I think I could spark some leg strength but definitely hit a wall. 165 for 3rd time in the rack and it was all I had for 5...starting to irritate the shit out of me.

While Orange Triad is really solid, you'll be fine with Optimen.

If you are in a rut, just mix things up. Try a 185x3, or step down to 8x135. PL is all in your head.

The head game had alot to do with my back and whether or not it's hurting. I did leg press, back squats, front squats. Legs were shaky for sure.
Pyramid down on squats from 165x5, 155x5, 145x5, 135x10, 115x10, 95x15.
Fronts I did
45x15
65x10
75x10
85x10
95x5x2

Leg press is weak sauce but I had feet narrow and low to load the quads
50x10
100x10
150x10
200x10x3
150x10
100x5
5x5

Accessories as well but nothing to write home on
Guess my question on the orange triad is why is the serving size 6 tablets? I mean the optimen is 3 but I don't understand why it's so many? And I compared the 2 and of the differences I don't know what is needed vs not needed...lot of info that's for sure.

Brock, I personally think the dark beer caused the tightness in your lower back. If you are not fully hydrated, it usually shows up with cramps and tightness in the lower back (big muscles) first. That's just my experience with it. I know that happens to me a lot cause i refuse to drink lots of water thru out the day. Coke and mtn dew for the win lol.

You might be on to something. I'm up to 3/4-1 gallon water a day...drinks all the water, pee all the time. But I feel better. Just trying to up my caloric intake a bit. Having hell of a time with diet now since the wife is prego and disliking meat. Smell and sight makes her gag. She is always like we could have cheese quesadilla or cereal...forgot how difficult they become lol

So little more digging over lunch and most people prefer the orange triad over the opti-men due to the joint complex. I take 2400iu of omega 3 everyday so will that suffice or would orange triad be better next time around?

Yep, I was feeling like total ass for a long time, I'd go dayyysss with nothing but coffee, monster and lots of beer. Got to the point I felt like an 80 yo man, stiff joints, I tire my lower back up on the rigs so that's never going away but my upper back was bothering me, just about got that nipped I think.

Been drinking one cup of coffee a day, no energy drinks and limit my beer intake too. Been drinking a gallon of water a day and quit smoking almost two months ago. All I can say is I have a long road to get the strength back I had, but I'm building up quicker than expected.
