Started taking the opti men vitamin yesterday...woke up and pissed neon. More water in my future. Going to mesh and Arnold program and a Jim Stoppini program and see what happens.

Really wanted to try 405 but I'm gonna wait a bit.. moved down a hole in my weight belt since last time I've worn it(few weeks) really didn't think I had loat that much in my midsection..

I've been smashing it in the gym. Up to 239 body weight and not near as bulky as last year at that weight. 315 for 5x5 on squat today, leg press 16 plates fpr sets of 8 but blah blah it's leg press, but was rough for sure after squats. Ham curls and calves. I need calve steroids. Did get some free roc t preworkout a guy has gave me 2 tubs now. He ended up with cases for free so he just throws me one once In a while. Pretty cool of him. I'll have to load a pic someday now that I don't look like a fatty as much lol

Wednesday,incline 135x10 155x10 185x10 205x10 225x7x2 185x10 135x10. Flat bench dumbell press 100#x10x3. 4 sets of chest dips. Machine flies. Triceps. Cardio. Yesterday,pullups 4 sets. Machine rows max weight 4 sets. Lat pulldown 4 sets of front grip and 4 sets of rear grip. Upright rows 125x10x4. Cardio. Down from 268# 2 months ago to 247#.

Damn man, that sucks big time.

Stretching and rolling for 15 min and then 5 min of rowing. Then went and did 30 x 15r leg extensions and same on seated hammy curls to warm up the knees and legs.

Front squats.

Word on the streets is wife got me some knee sleeves...will know tomorrow but I I'm interested to see if wearing one makes my left knee stop hurting. Knee doesn't cave or wobble but 5-6 hrs later i get a pain on the inside when standing for long periods of time...otherwise feeling good. I believe you guys were spot on with the diagnosis of dark beer and back pain as it has been feeling better and better. I am struggling though to stretch the muscles of the lower back. Above the hip but below the ribs and the main mass running down. Either side of the spine. Can't seem to target them and get any of it to loosen up. Been working hammy, glutes, hip flexors and forearms/biceps/shoulders so I can oly front squat

Not sure how much stretching you do, but make sure to stretch everything above and below the knee before and after working out. It has helped my knee pains tremendously.
