Damn Chris got them wheels growin. I'm still on stronglifts 5x5 but I dunno if it's working. I squat Monday Wednesday Friday and up weight 5 lbs a day and I dunno if I'm not recovering enough or what but I think 195 would kill me right now
I ditched the Weds squatting and just deadlifted then. But 5x5 took me to five plates so it works. Make sure you eat in excess, sleep as much as possible and push through workouts.
