Weighed today after hitting back and abs pretty good and 5 min on the stair machine.. Had had about 80oz of water at this point in the day and had eat twice.. Scale said 192..

Are you going for the volume aspect or just looking to get more weight moved?
The reps before the 405 seem like a lot to me. I do triples till I feel warmed up and my belt is warmed up. Usually start at 135, then go in 50lb increments to the work set.
