Got 115 lb deads and squats today...unfortunately it's not challenging yet. 2 more weeks and it should be a little more into my upper weight range. Have noticed though with doing squats 3 days a week and bumping weight by 5 lbs each time that my legs are starting to get back into shape

Finished week 4 today. This program definitely works! Feels like I could easily add 40 pounds to my squat max. Bench is very strong also. Should hit 200 on my max week. I'm pulling off the floor much quicker too. Can't wait to hit the reset button.

Did a lil over 10 miles in upstate NJ this weekend with the fiance and dog. Went up to 1650ft peak which I know is a mole hole to you non east coast folks :roflmao:

I feel ya. Went hunting with a buddy. We saw 5 bull elk maybe 4-500 yds away but they were running as they had just been shot at by someone. We walked close to 10 miles. Started at 7k ft and went up close to 10k...my feet effing hurt so I'm a do squats tomorrow since I bruised my left foot somehow

I rolled my damn right ankle more times than I could count, still got a throbbing calf today

Just uneven terrain or weak ankle? I know when we were back on levelish ground my left knee started throbbing. I think it was over worked or something but was fine the next day. Either way it was more cardio than this guy has seen for years

I accidentally benched my 1RM x4 on week 5. Id say this program works! :D I was supposed to do 180, but for some reason I loaded 185 and didnt realize it until I was done. No spotter either!

Farmers carries with 2 100 pound plates
5 rounds as fast as I could get to the other side of the gym and back.

Gym today.. Did 100 reps of light squats and leg extensions.. Literally not even enough energy to do anything at work today.

Yesterday,deadlift 135x10,225x10,315x5,335x3. Machine leg press,leg curls,glute machine,and calf raises 250#x20x4. Today,flat bench 135x10,185x10,225x10,255x8. Incline machine 4 sets,chest dips 10x4,125 total push-ups,macine fly's,and a bunch of triceps.

Broke 2 pr's mon night,250#x15 then 270#x 10 per side incline cable fly's.270 felt great until i let the weight down then got a dose of reality.Ripped something i think in the elbow area,tendons i think:eek:

Thankfully just ripped some muscle,3 days heel time and i eased back into it.Right arm is weak and fails quickly but im sure it will be good in a week or so.With aas the muscle grows so quickly the tendons pay the price.

Reviewed blood work with the doc today, apparently I am not gonna die soon :roflmao:

But, my good cholesterol level was low, so IDK on that.
