I smoke almost a pack a day sometimes, no cholesterol or high blood pressure or so the doctor has said.
I've just had it too easy for too long, and let myself go in the process, 3-4 years ago I was in kick ass shape, crazy how fast you loose it but it's so hard to get it back.

Worked up to a 285x5, and a 325x3 squat yesterday, dat groove is nice to be back in. Slow and smooth. :D

Benching, still sucks. One day I will get a nice greased groove but till then, I will hate benching.

Squats I opened my stance up and went back to high bar. Man I been doing shit wrong for ages. That felt so good being slightly wider than shoulder width and having toes out a little more. Watched my for with bar only and my knees are perfect tracking over my toes. Thanks for all the tips guys. Hopefully this program gets the results it says. Supposedly be squatting and deadlifting 265 in 12 weeks...Wouldn't be mad at all

Nailed a new OR on DL this morning. Got 420, hoping to get to 450 in a few more cycles of Candito.

The best advice I received was dont try to fit into a cookie cutter mould for form. Everyone is built different and everyone will have slightly different form. I have long legs/arms and a shorter torso. Lowbar is more comfy for me with the weight being closer to the hips. Highbar makes me feel like im going to fall backwards and I correct by leaning too far forward. Same with deads, sumo is more comfy because I can get my hips closer to the ground. Little adjustments make a big difference, so find out what works best for your body type. Good luck!

I may adjust my deadlift foot positioning a little. I'm very narrow, maybe shoulder width at the outside of my feet and toes straight ahead,shins 1-2" from bar. Might open it up a few inches and see

Arnold press,40#x10 60#x10 65#x7. Standing military press 135x10x3. Kneeling dumbell press 55#x10x3 each arm. Dumbell flies and front raises. Then... barbell rows 145x10x3. Upright dumbell rows 50#x10x3. Front hand and back hand lat pulldowns,3 sets of 10each. Pull ups to fail,25 minutes if treadmill.

Got my shoes today. Holy shit is all I can say. It really feels like I'm glued to the floor. So stoked for squats tomorrow. I think these will be a game changer for me since I have a very high arch and my foot wants to fold in when barefoot. I'll report back tomorrow.
