I smoke almost a pack a day sometimes, no cholesterol or high blood pressure or so the doctor has said.
I've just had it too easy for too long, and let myself go in the process, 3-4 years ago I was in kick ass shape, crazy how fast you loose it but it's so hard to get it back.
Nailed a new OR on DL this morning. Got 420, hoping to get to 450 in a few more cycles of Candito.

Squats I opened my stance up and went back to high bar. Man I been doing shit wrong for ages. That felt so good being slightly wider than shoulder width and having toes out a little more. Watched my for with bar only and my knees are perfect tracking over my toes. Thanks for all the tips guys. Hopefully this program gets the results it says. Supposedly be squatting and deadlifting 265 in 12 weeks...Wouldn't be mad at all

Arnold press,40#x10 60#x10 65#x7. Standing military press 135x10x3. Kneeling dumbell press 55#x10x3 each arm. Dumbell flies and front raises. Then... barbell rows 145x10x3. Upright dumbell rows 50#x10x3. Front hand and back hand lat pulldowns,3 sets of 10each. Pull ups to fail,25 minutes if treadmill.
