Barbell bench 135x10,225x10,255x7,270x5x2. Reverse dumbell flatbench press 80#x10x3. Incl dumbbell press 80#x10x3. Decline bench 135x10 185x10 215x7x2. Cable flies 4x10. Machine inclines 3 x10. 50 total push-ups. Various triceps sets. Trying to work my entire chest instead of focusing on flat bench only.

Finished up week 3. I swear I'm not barbell benching for a month after this. Lol Working sets are around 90% of 1RM and I can tell that I'm stronger already. Doing this program gave me a new outlook on how I should train.

I said the same thing about benching, but when you get to the end and see your new max, you will restart immediately!:thumb:

Legs,rep day. Squat 135x15,185x10,205x8x2. Romanian deadlift 135x10,225x10x2. Dumbell lundges 3 sets. Leg curls 3 sets. Leg extensions 3 sets. Glute bust machine 3 sets each leg. Powermill stair climber 20 minutes.

OLY shoes are amazing for those of us not ballerina flexible :D

Said F it, and skipped a few weeks right to a 5x315 squat today. Was easy, and beltless so thats good. Hopefully toss some PW and a belt back in the mix mid Nov.

For now, its red meat season. Smoked venison for about three hours yesterday after brining for 24hrs. So tasty :thumb:

Well,after 2 month's back in the gym,im feeling wore down. Alot of ot work,rigging jobs,and day to day life. So instead of taking a week off decided to somewhat deload. Ohp 115x10x4 . Arnold press 30#x10x3. Seated shoulder press 30x10x3 . Back rows,front and back grip lat pulldowns,shrugs,and misc shoulder and trap work. All light weights with high reps . Doing the same for chest and legs this week. I have been going 5 days a week like crazy,so hopefully this recharges me.
