Well I was gonna post my numbers but they are your guys warm ups lol. I used the shitty velcro rouge belt that's in the gym on my last set, helped me alot so that was kinda depressing given the weight I was at. But finished week 4 today. Got sick as hell Monday afternoon after a job interview...thank god I was ok for that as it landed me the job. But I think I'm going to have the wife video me squatting and deadlifting...I know to get a side view of it but do I need front and or back views for you wizards to dissect? Oh and gonna order a belt today

Side helps pin point more than front, but front/back will pin point if your knees are caving or ankles rolling.

I'm sure one you can recommend a high quality protein powder.? I need to stay away from sugar, high fructose sugar etc. due to a terminal illness and dislike any alternative sweeteners except certain brands stevia powder which is 100% OK due to it's unique properties and I also use it with several other ingredients for brushing my teeth.

I used to be about 160-170lbs. 5'-6" with a 17" neck, 39 chest and 33 waist or a 40 short suit size and that was a year ago. I now weigh 132lbs due to a restriction in my esophagus so I'm on a 100% liquid diet as ordered by my GI and ER doctors.

Any suggestions of high quality protein powder is much appreciated to help regain some weight and muscle mass, also, I'm not interested in taste so plain is just fine with me..

Thanks...

I like this company...https://etbfit.com/products/etb-pure-isolate-whey-protein Very lean though, cause I easily get chunky. Sounds like you almost need a mass gainer without the sugars. I will do some digging and see what I can find.

Thanks Burn Down, I needed some key words from the ads and the guys that use these products and research's them..:thumb:

No problem. I also highly recommend Shakeology stuff to people trying loose weight/get healthy but It would be beneficial for someone with health issues as well. It's loaded with super food ingredients. It does have 6 grams of sugar per serving though, not sure if you can do any sugar or just very low quantities. The company is top notch and the ingredients are premium.

Check out PlantFusion. The chocolate is my preference. You can get it at Whole Foods.

Do they make an all natural mass gainer?

So I have a question and dont judge my white, hairy scrony legs lol.
Took a picture of my quads flexed and you can see the left one is developed top to bottom on the outside pretty descent but the right is lacking the 3-4" above the knee on the outside. Anybody know why the muscle is non existent there or what I can do to target that?20161203_095507.jpg

Try working single leg stuff Brock. Single leg extensions, weighted lunges, Single leg on the leg press machine. I'm curious if your left leg is more dominant than the right. Let me know if you can do the same reps and weight between the right and left legs. My guess is your compensating with your left side, which can stem from your bad back...

Never though of that. I know I can lunge left leg forward way easier with more weight. The right I get the burning pain in the center outside of the quad. I've rolled and stretched to no avail

Chris it looks pretty good. Just a couple minor suggestions.

Try and get your shoulder blades tucked together and pulled down (pretend your squeezing a golf ball between your shoulder blades, and then pull them down) it will naturally force your chest up and create a small arch in your lower back, how much arch you want or can do is different for everyone. Next pull your feet back as far as you can under your knees (keeps your ass from lifting when you incorporate leg drive) You can get up on your toes if you want or keep your feet flat on the ground (IPF and USAPL rule). That is your power platform and you need to hold threw all your reps, the more you practice it the easier it becomes. Benching is uncomfortable:thumb:

These vids helped my form a bunch.

Watch Haacks setup for bench, pretty much the exact same as mine.
