New PRs with a 325 sumo dead & 200# bench. Gonna deload for 2 weeks and start another cycle.

What compounds are being used and are you going trt ot pct?should be 3 weeks after your last shot before either to allow for esters to clear then a 4 week min for both.Starting my cruze today for 4 weeks then a tnt compound.

I have no idea what any of that means. Lol. Im talking about 6 week program cycle. 100% Natty. :D

Mmk...wife asked what I wanted for xmas...figure best get a belt soon soooooo good belts are? 4 or 6"? lever or buckle? Brands? Leather or whatever other options? This thread needs to get back to talking...and GO!!!

So looked at sizing and not sure if I should go a small or a medium. Unsure if I set the medi to its smallest point of 29" if it'd get tight enough on my core. Reverse of that is if I get bigger and have a small is it going to be to small when I have a hoodie on?

I'm still at it, just nothing crazy going on. I did chest today and warmed up with 225. Then did 245 for 10 kind of seeing how I felt I was aiming for 5 reps so I jumped up to 265. Did a full 265 for 5 sets of 5, spotter was there but I got em all myself. Jumped over to incline bench and did 225 for 5x5. Really had to focus on those to push through them but did them all with no help. Then just jumped on the pec deck and did higher reps focusing on keeping tension, did that to kind of stretch to. Called it after that, been on 50 hours a week lately. I'm trying to focus on higher weight lower reps seems ive been working my way up toward 10 reps on all my weights so I'm gonna jump up.

Im starting another round of Candito this week but I dont want to do the upper workouts. Benching that frequently isnt good for my shoulder. Starting to get some discomfort again. Not sure how to handle the splits or if I can sub dumbells in for the bar.

Can you post a video of your bench? A side view and one from above so I can see your shoulder elbow angles. Absolutely sub in whatever you need if you have discomfort from a lift but it may just be a small technique adjustment we can make.

And yes on the nice holiday... I got fat...ter lol.

weight sled pulls forward then reverse 6 45's, went until I couldn't anymore, legs on fire no idea how many rounds.
Farmers carries around the gym to put all the 45's back.
4 rounds of the 100's in each hand to one end of the gym and back as fast as I could go.
