Hmm, what all does this entail? How accurate?
Your starting to sound like the 5 minute abs guy:rofl:Squats
5 sets, 7 reps, 340lbs
22 minutes, done sir done.
Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. Its a density scanner mounter to a bed basically. It is comparable in accuracy to MRI/CT and those are crazy expensive.
It was less than $60/ person when I signed us both up, thanks to a Broncos Super Bowl discount code. :thumb:
Anyway, it took about 5 minutes and discovered any imbalance side to side in arms, legs, trunk, and so on. It measures lean mass, fat, and bone density. It is claimed to be the most accurate body fat testing method out there. I signed up to go again this summer with a deep discount, so I'll see how they track back to back results.
Im also getting back into the swing of things. Coming from a sciatic nerve inflammation that lasted several months late last year.
Not being able to touch your toes at 25 y/o is a shame lol.

If I ever get back to a real city I will have to ck one out:thumb:
Mines been weird, I can always touch my toes. But sometimes coming back up about half way will about put me down.
Same man. Some days I feel pretty good. Bent over rows for example, feel great during the movement, once I start to stand upright tho it's like a knife finds its way into my back again lol.
Tomorrow is my first day of working with an Olympic Lifting coach... excited to say the least
Finally some love for O lifting in here! If you can learn to push the ground and open your hips and harness the power those movements create, you can apply it to any sport.
