Day 4 still at 244 pounds, but I ate grilled chicken and grilled sweet potatoes last night so I guess you can say things are getting pretty serious lol. Ate the left overs for breakfast and lunch to. Really wish regular patatos were good for diets lmao

Started a new leg program, called Vert shock pro. Based on plyometrics, fast twitch fibers etc...It's an 8 week program that is supposed to add 9-15" to your vertical. I doubt I'll see that but I figured it was worth a shot. Squats seemed to help but I seem to have hit a wall. Current standing vertical is 29"-30" depending on the day. Can't wait to see what this does.

Sweet potatoes and "standard" potatoes have almost identical nutritional value... Eat both.

I found the best results building a meal program and sticking with it. It gets old sometimes eating the same thing day after day but no guess work.

Right now leg progress is slow, knee is very easily irritated but legs are my strong point. Slowly worked up to a single 405 lbs squat last week.

Ive been hanging around 205 for a few months now trying to very slowly lean out. Sitting at approximately 18%

I agree but after a couple weeks of chicken, rice & potato's I'm ready to kill and eat a Rihno:D

I have low back issues that like to flair up and wreck my progress. I hit 405 6 months ago and thought finally on to 500... Hell no, sore back has kept me at 400:rofl: Whatever, it's my own fault. I just keep working.

Most guys can't squat 405 @ 205 sore knee or not:thumb:

Dexa scan last weekend. Very interesting gizmo and information. I'll post some snips of the report for you guys to see if it's something you want to do.

I'm down into the 170s now; time to turn it around and get strong again.

Total BF% was 13.6%.
