I look at Cardio a couple ways.
1. As Bennett eloquently put it
Long distance running makes you a female. Look at distance runners and sprinters. I would rather look like a sprinter thanks.
2. Heart health... Cardio is good for the ticker :thumb: The older I get the more I have to be concerned with this stuff.
I can get what I need for cardio in roughly 15-20 minutes doing Hiit... I'm not going to waste 30-60 minutes walking or trotting on a treadmill, F-that.
15 minutes I can have sweat pouring out of every orifice on my body and my heart about to explode out of my rib cage, plus work the shit out of a large muscle group, doing Hiit
