Albert, how much you benching with a competition 2 sec pause?

I competed in a bench contest this week. Made weigh in at 171... Depleted.. 295 was all I could muster with that 2s pause. Won my class by a landslide though.

Just 335 yesterday.... IPF world Judge:) But I'm 210.

Congrats on the win and 295 bench paused at 170 is pretty dang good. Your closer to a two times BW press than I am.

I use PlantFusion Vegan protein in chocolate. I just got some One World Whey to try. Its really expensive, but I should be able to digest it easier. I mixed it with water yesterday and didnt get my usual whey stomach ache. I use Arginine pills and mix creatine in every once in a while. I also drink Beyond Tangy Tangerine by Youngevity for my vitamins, and take Ultimate EFAs, DNA Force, Survival Sheild x2 iodine, StoneFree for my liver & kidneys and turmeric because cumidin is awesome.

For you guys that run gear, (you know all the lurkers:D) I can't stress enough about getting blood work done regularly. Full hormone panel, lipids, liver, kidneys.

For notes, I'm 180 around 12-13% BF. Taking test 500mg/wk and deca 500mg/wk. deca converts to E2 at around 20% the rate of testosterone. I've been using 1mg of Arimidex 3 times a week. Arimidex is an estrogen blocker, prevents test from converting to Estrogen, via the aromatase enzyme.

My blood work came in, every thing looked great except my E2 was bad low! Range is 25-65, mine came in at 9. I feel great, but would have never known without bloods! Look after yourselves guys.

Could not agree more. Bloodwork is crucial if you are going to go down that road.

Dont be lazy, get it done, because it is the only way to know what is going on in your body.

Im on TRT so I get bloodwork done at least every 3 months and it is the key to feeling good. Like Wolf said estradiol(estrogen) is a key marker that needs to be watched. Although some may feel better in a different range than others it is important to be able to reference bloodwork and see where you feel best. I like to keep my e2 around ~30 or a little higher personally(if using the sensitive e2 test) because any lower and my sex drive starts to go. Ive done the same thing as wolf and crashed my e2(got mine down to 5 lol) because I didn't get bloodwork done and was dosing my AI(aromatase inhibitor) too high thinking that I was aromatizing more than I was. Even in men a certain amount of estrogen is needed to feel good and function normally so there is a balance here. And If you are going to be adding aromatizing compounds like deca then you definitely need to be getting bloodwork done because it makes it a lot harder to dose your ai correctly. Additionally you should be getting a full CBC and watching liver enzymes (especially if you're running orals), hematocrit(indicates the thickness of your blood which often goes up when supplementing with anabolics), lipids(needs to be watched on orals as well as they will often flip them), kidney function, and thyroid function is not to be overlooked as well. These are just the basic things to keep an eye on but they will keep you healthy and feeling good if you watch them carefully. I know Wolf has a solid understanding of anabolics and hormone function in the body but most people don't, and I have seen quite a few guys hop on gear without any idea what they are getting into and they often run into problems. So if anyone ever has questions or concerns don't be afraid to speak up. Im no expert but ive done my fair share of research and I'm sure there are other guys on here lurking around who have too.

Went to the spinal specialist at lunch today. He is pretty sure I have a disc issue and we are going to treat it as such and go from there.

Hope it's something you can get worked out, you were having issues with it back when we traded trucks. Been a little while now, glad to see you might have a direction to go with it now.

It's been hit and miss.. I'm just finally tired of it and decided to try a specialist..
