I hold water like its my job. Its ridiculous.
But I also ate so much yesterday. It's whatever
248 at the gym with my shoes, I'm gonna try to work back down to 240 again and see what happends from there
For you guys that run gear, (you know all the lurkers
) I can't stress enough about getting blood work done regularly. Full hormone panel, lipids, liver, kidneys.
For notes, I'm 180 around 12-13% BF. Taking test 500mg/wk and deca 500mg/wk. deca converts to E2 at around 20% the rate of testosterone. I've been using 1mg of Arimidex 3 times a week. Arimidex is an estrogen blocker, prevents test from converting to Estrogen, via the aromatase enzyme.
My blood work came in, every thing looked great except my E2 was bad low! Range is 25-65, mine came in at 9. I feel great, but would have never known without bloods! Look after yourselves guys.

can take all the gear you want but without a good diet its a waste... youll see gains and size but not like you would if you followed a good diet " macros "

A friend of mine finished it while also running Smolov Jr for bench and added 130 lbs to his squat

I always take whey because it cheap even though it's not the best for when I take it. Was gold standard chocolate mocha cappuccino, been taking allmax allwhey, 48 bucks at s2 for 5 pounds. Gold standard is like 63 now for 5 pounds. My buddy buys 5 pound bags of gold standard at Costco for like 53.
