6' 175lbs not strong and kinda trying to get fatter for the gains!!!... I might cut in about 2 weeks we'll see

5'10" at 172. Def don't feel to strong and would love for my gut to go away. But I'd be happy ad a pig in shit if I got up to 185 with alot more muscle

First time in 6 months I benched without pain. Went pretty light so I'm very happy with it.

Just a little info for yinz guys.
I have a very hard time gaining weight due the fact that my body doesnt produce the correct enzyme/bile to digest fats/protein properly. I have lipomas all over my body from years of not knowing how to eat to deal with my condition. If I use whey protein, or any dairy for that matter the lumps on my arms and legs swell up and start to hurt, and Ill start growing more at an alarming rate. They start to push on nerves and sometimes cut off circulation. 2 years ago I began taking Lecithin and a slew of enzymes and probiotics and it has helped immensely. Thats reason I use plant based protein powder with water. Dairy is my nemesis. Lol. The heaviest Ive ever been was 162, but I was damaging my liver and kidneys. Ive accepted the fact that Ill never get big so strong, lean & ripped it is! I stick to a pretty strict diet, but I still cheat and eat pizza once a week. :D

Does Casein do the same thing to you as whey?

Thanks! It doesn't really bother me now that I know what is going on and can eat accordingly. In my younger years it sucked. Lol. Casein does the same. I gave myself kidney stones when taking whey & casein my last go-around in the gym. Processed and fried foods aren't easily digested either. My metabolism is high so if I eat wrong for a day or two in a row, I pay for it. Fish & chicken are my best bet with lots of veggies and low sugar intake.

15 minutes to work to a moderate weight

1 Full Clean+ 2 Hang Full Cleans + 1 Jerk
got to 155lbs went light again

Alternating EMOM for 9 min
1: 50m Farmer Carry (70/53)
2: 10 Straight Leg Sit Ups (Toes must touch the whole time)
3: 1 Rope Climb/Rope Walk+5 Burpees

Accessory:

10 minute EMOM

5-7 Pull ups. I did strict banded

Barbell Club Workout:

Row:
5-10-15-20-15-10-5 Calories
2x Double Unders between each calorie set

Strength: 5X2 Pause Snatches (with a STRICT 3 sec pause at the knee) – work up to a heavy load, but should not go to failure! If you miss, drop weight 10-20#, rest as needed.

Cash Out: 3 Rounds: (**warm Up DB Press with a light weight first...should not be a push press, so opt on the lighter side if you feel like you need to bend at the knees to help it up**)
10 Right Side DB Press (40/30)
40 Russian KBS (53/35)
10 Left Side DB Press (40/30)

Wanna get down to 215-220 in the next 10 weeks, preferably without losing too much mass. I miss food already and i already hate the eliptical.

Are you doing steady state cardio?

I'm a pretty big fan of Hiit, seems to not burn of the muscle like long steady state cardio.

I'm down to 211 from 215, 6 more pounds to make weight by the 20th. I pulled about 450 calories and upped my fats, seems to be coming off about right. I'll adjust calories/carbs to speed up or slow down weight loss.
