Just a little info for yinz guys.
I have a very hard time gaining weight due the fact that my body doesnt produce the correct enzyme/bile to digest fats/protein properly. I have lipomas all over my body from years of not knowing how to eat to deal with my condition. If I use whey protein, or any dairy for that matter the lumps on my arms and legs swell up and start to hurt, and Ill start growing more at an alarming rate. They start to push on nerves and sometimes cut off circulation. 2 years ago I began taking Lecithin and a slew of enzymes and probiotics and it has helped immensely. Thats reason I use plant based protein powder with water. Dairy is my nemesis. Lol. The heaviest Ive ever been was 162, but I was damaging my liver and kidneys. Ive accepted the fact that Ill never get big so strong, lean & ripped it is! I stick to a pretty strict diet, but I still cheat and eat pizza once a week.
That's one hell of a challenge and struggle, Chris. My heart goes out to you friend.
Does Casein do the same thing to you as whey?

I don't have any struggle like you do Chris, but I've never been much of a gainer, any gains I can sustain are fought for, tooth and nail

Started my cut about two weeks ago. 6'3'' down to 238lbs from 247lbs.
Wanna get down to 215-220 in the next 10 weeks, preferably without losing too much mass. I miss food already and i already hate the eliptical.
Measured the ole biceps today, sporting 16.75 now! So stoked been stuck at 16.25-16.5 for a long time.
