Have you ever used a pre work out thermogenic?
This stuff I'm using from GNC is amazing!
Using it I will literally "shed a layer" 24hrs after an intense work out, that just on me, 1 week of using that an my abs looked shredded...makes me sweat like crazy during a workout too:thumb:

The product I'm using/talking about is from GNC's "Beyond Raw" line and is called "Re-Pump"
It is creatine free, utilizes green coffee bean extract, carnitine and CLA, among other things... It's over the counter? I was told that GNC doesn't label anything you can't use in a comp? But I have no clue what the sanctions are for your sport
At the very least you could use a thermogenic all the way up to a few days before and piss it out before the day of...all I know is it works!

I will look into it sounds like all those ingredients are safe. I'm using Kaged muscles Carnitine now.
Usapl follows W.A.D.A. same as the Olympics. It's pretty strict. You can even get popped for to much caffeine.
As for GNC, pretty sure you could get Craze preworkout from them up until a couple years ago. That one is still getting people busted for a "Meth like substance" gotta be careful about what you use or buy these days...
I feel ya about being the skinny guyWent to the gym last night. That was a first for me. Usually go in the am when no one is there. You get some strange looks when youre the skinny guy doing deads. Lol. Up to 175 in a set of 6. Gonna try a one rep max in another week or two. Doing 205 on the leg press with ease. Im starting to really like leg day now.
Im thinking of adding squats in the next month. You meatheads have any tips or warnings for me?
