8-10 sets of 2 reps of BW pullups.

Nice Nick:thumb: Someday I hope to get back to Oly lifting... I found that power and oly don't go very well together. I'm putting 6-7 days a week into moving my squat bench deadlifts, just doesn't leave anytime for Oly stuff.

My whole goal for getting stronger is to help improve my golf swing balance, speed and power. I find Oly Lifting a good tool for that

I will do some video watching.

On a different note, I don't seem to be able to follow what everyone is typing when they list their weight, reps, and sets. I see 225x5x10 as 10 set of 5 at 225. Am I following correctly?

That's how I would type 315 pounds for 10 reps for 4 sets.

I always put my sets first then my reps... Not sure if it's the correct way or not but it makes since to my pee brain and ultimately I'm the one who needed to know:rofl:

Back has finally felt good enough I could try the deficit deads. I have just been doing regular the last 3.5 weeks. they were hard as heck but I got them:thumb: Also sent my coach some video on my lifts and he wanted me to sit back into the bar more on my deads. Super hard to modify your technique and start deficits 3 weeks into your programing but hey I'm dumb like that:rofl:

lots of reps with moderate weight.

15 minutes of hiit. Sweat pouring off me. Stretching and foam rolling.

Been using the Nike free shoes I bought from my brother, very soft and thin shoe. Almost like being barefoot, I like em.
Did some legs today squat
225 x 10
275 x 10
315 x 8
And finally squatted over 315
335 x 6 had to rest pause 5th and 6th rep but got it.
Then extentions and ham curls then destroyed calves been doing kind of a short heavy leg day. That was all on 1 ham steak and 4 eggs lol
