Did squats first today. Then Calves. Then worked up to 1360lbs once on leg press. Thank God for the OH Shit stoppers! Second press didn't go as planned. Then pulled(actually felt something pop) in my right hamstring on the hamstring curl at 190lbs. So finished out legs on leg extensions. Prolly will be hurting tonight.

Been working back up to more weight. did 3x3 @ 225 just working on form. Im a little guy :D

Lookin good Nick, you make it look easy:thumb: Careful not to over extend at the top of deads. I found that it put a lot of tq. into my lower back when I did that. I try to hold a neutral spine all the way through to the finish.

I like to use the Oh Sh*t bars once in awhile too... Gotta know where that limit is so you can F*ck it up next time:D

Nicks goes straight to you tube but yours just sits there trying to load for me? Maybe its my confuser. Today is my first day of at home, work has me locked out of you tube:mad: something about watching lifting videos all day and not fixing machines... I dunno:hmm::D

Never mind it worked that time. I wish my leg press had a fixed deck on it. Hard to load it up when it tilts... I'll post a vid maybe next time I do them.

Did deads 225 x 12 kind of a warm up that ended up being a set

315 x 8
Started wrapping my thumb around with my fingers and it helped my grip a ton, plus got a compliment today so feeling like a beast
Also did heavy cable rows, free weight machine thing rows, Pull ups, rear delts on the peck deck skipped biceps becausenewyearsresolutioners

Probably lol, and might be true my back is a beast compared to my guns, I usually do biceps and they still suck

I like the preacher curl rack with dumbbells. I go as heavy as I can and still get 4-5 sets & 8-10 reps, lower it until you can see the pocket of your elbow in a mirror pull it up until you almost loose tension, never let off the tension through 8-10 reps, last 2 reps should be about all you can do, if not adjust the weight. Try those for a month or so, my biceps blew up doing those.

I have tiny arms, but, all I do is deadlift :joker:

Lifted yesterday

Squats worked up to
5x405 <-- As usual someone asks how much I have left and then sits when I say two sets, always screws with my head. Pretty sure I did the 405 set at mach 2 speed reps. :rofl:

Rows, just went up to
5x225

Decline Situps, 5 sets of 15

Slowly getting back into, arms are weak as hell and my legs are very unhappy.

Killed them omg, plus got some all max all way protein 40 bucks for 5 lbs, PEANUT BUTTER CHOCLATE:woott: supposed to be 48 with tax but there system was down so I gave him all the cash I had, awesome guys working there. Tastes amazing.

Then extentions and leg curls and calves good day, was actually pretty deserted for being the new year.

Back still isn't fully healed and I'm thoroughly bored with myself as I can't do much. Hope in a week or 2 it will be pain free so I can go back to working out

There were a few meatheads and one split tail at the gym last night. Oh and one couple packing a newborn around with them:confused:

Got a nasty flu on Tuesday. Still went and lifted. 1.5 hrs of strict Oly Lifting... I love Oly Lifting. Been lying in bed for the past 2 days. Barely any food and definitely no lifting. Hopefully I can make up some work outs starting tomorrow
