Did squats first today. Then Calves. Then worked up to 1360lbs once on leg press. Thank God for the OH Shit stoppers! Second press didn't go as planned. Then pulled(actually felt something pop) in my right hamstring on the hamstring curl at 190lbs. So finished out legs on leg extensions. Prolly will be hurting tonight.

Started wrapping my thumb around with my fingers and it helped my grip a ton, plus got a compliment today so feeling like a beast
Also did heavy cable rows, free weight machine thing rows, Pull ups, rear delts on the peck deck skipped biceps becausenewyearsresolutioners

Probably lol, and might be true my back is a beast compared to my guns, I usually do biceps and they still suck
I like the preacher curl rack with dumbbells. I go as heavy as I can and still get 4-5 sets & 8-10 reps, lower it until you can see the pocket of your elbow in a mirror pull it up until you almost loose tension, never let off the tension through 8-10 reps, last 2 reps should be about all you can do, if not adjust the weight. Try those for a month or so, my biceps blew up doing those.

Then extentions and leg curls and calves good day, was actually pretty deserted for being the new year.
Back still isn't fully healed and I'm thoroughly bored with myself as I can't do much. Hope in a week or 2 it will be pain free so I can go back to working out
