The zippers are broke out of my GNC bag so it was time... Hopefully this one holds up well, there not cheap.
Holy hello I deadlifted in my new belt... Keeps the lower back in such a better position. Lots of support. I was up to 5x300lbs no belt and it strained the shit out of my lower back. Gives me hope of that 400lb deadlift some day
Do you guys use a belt when you squat as well? Wondering of maybe it'd be a good idea even with the light weight I do just because of my back?

I just don't know what all to do for core as it seems crunches and situps on the floor seem to make it flare up. What do you experienced guys recommend.
Oh and when I say light weight I only squat and dead 135 max right now as I won't try and push my limits

Perfect. That's good info to know. Thanks everyone. And in the name of gain....Merry ChristmasWhat about lying on back leg raises, 6", planks, hang from your elbows or hands and raise the legs/knees up, you could even use bands around your thighs for more resistance.
Use the belt anytime your core feels unstable. I have worn my belt for about every exercise there is, no shame in that
