Lately I've been getting pretty damn lightheaded after eating... This RP Diet has me eating 5 meals a day and I think it's either my blood pressure or blood glucose. I already have really low blood pressure 104-110/56-62 resting with a heart rate in the low 60's...

Damn. Yesterday when I went to the er for some meds as the ibuprofen wasn't cutting it I was like 170 ish over 110. My guess was the injury had it doing that. What plan are you on?

This is for Phase 1 Mass for a light workout day. There is a Base, 1, 2, and 3 Phase... Basically just more calories the higher you go. With the templates I also receive a Non Workout Day, Hard Day and Moderate Day. The harder the workout the more carbs and calories over all. You do get a lot for such a cheap investment.

That's kinda nice. Lines it all out for you. Hopefully it doesn't wacky your blood pressure or glucose levels out and it's just some form of stress or another doin it

I started my new diet 2 weeks ago.
3300 kcal
300 protein
350 carb
85 fat

3300 is a lot of calories for me... I thought I would balloon up pretty bad. 2 weeks ago I weighed 214 last Saturday morning 208 and feel amazing. I'm eating really clean food chicken and rice mostly. You don't want to miss any meals as it is hard to catch up on them... Cramming 3300 kcal in half day is miserable.

I wish I could diet on 3300 kcals.

Ive been dieting for roughly 8 months and am down to 200p/130c/45f on training days and 200p/70c/50f on rest days with cardio 3 times a week.

Soooo. Great news. Doc looked at mri from 3.5 yrs ago where my discs looked like death. Asked if this time felt as bad as it did then. It hurts but not like that did. So the doc say we'll instead of spending a ton of money and getting another mri and another steroid shot we will try steroid packs. A 6 day course of the shot in pill form. He said if it doesn't work then we go to an mri and so forth. But he said let the pills do there thing and if your better resume normal functions. So I may get back to lifting next week...woohoo! He said any kind of weight whether it's a gallon of milk or a bag of concrete, absolutely no twist or side motion as that's what kills the discs. Not even allowed to do twisting motions when stretching. So I'm pretty damn happy after that appointment

I'm supposed to stay close to 210... If I need to increase or decrease calories I will.

The workouts are super intense and are designed with built in cardio. Plus throw in 4 days a week of HIIT. I'm burning everything up for sure.
