Last workout of the year for me! Gonna kill chest tonight. Maybe my muscles will super recover while I'm down after surgery.

My left wrist buckled this morning, and ended up dumping 165 onto my left ribcage...f my life it felt shitty. So gave up and wrecked my biceps

Easing into this new Program.... Holy Sheet it's brutal:rofl: 2 hours 15 minutes last night.
Front squats
overhead press
shrugs
4x40 yard sled pulls with 3 45's
6 rounds of death sprints on the tread mill

209 pounds and starting to lean back out...

Jesus Christ did I get weak... I was smashing 250lbs 3x5 at 165lbs body weight until I messed up my glutes. I lost 70lbs off of those numbers. Crazy. Slow and steady I'm learning is the key

Price was 46 and some change from amazon free shipping, but wasn't eligible for the 2 day shipping they came usps. Night and day compared to the rouges I have as far as just stiffness as I haven't lifted with them yet. Won't need them til next week now lol

Jesus Christ did I get weak... I was smashing 250lbs 3x5 at 165lbs body weight until I messed up my glutes. I lost 70lbs off of those numbers. Crazy. Slow and steady I'm learning is the key

It will come back fast Nick. Just go nice and easy until your feeling comfortable again.

Been hitting the gym daily at lunch this week. Missed every day last week due to being sick. Lost like 7 lbs in a week, which is a lot for me because my weight rarely changes.

Been pulling 315 deads for sets of 8, 365 for sets of 5.. Feels good to be working with sets of 300+ again. Been doing deads 2x a week.

Now to get my squat and bench #s up.. Did 275 for 3 Monday on flat bench. Wish it was 325.. Going to try and start bench and squat 2x a week of I can pull off going in Saturday's

Shitty diet, very little supps and still 190~

Sounds like things are starting to come back around for you.

I have had to back the weight down dramatically with this sciatic issue.

Well it is the 4 cylinder so it might be considered a set with the little extra weight:D

True, might have to rep it out though...:D

I really need to start working out again. I was a a buddys place and benched 180 and deadlifted 300 which was all the weight he had, not sure if thats good or bad for never working out. This thread makes me motivated, then i stand on concrete all day fixing trucks and semis and loose it, how do yall do it??!!
