205x1/2 shoulders were getting sore as heck from lack of overhead work and poor snatch grip mobility, so i stopped there.
Leg press with the smith machine, cause the leg press at my gym blows goats.
Laid on my back and set the smith up so that I was pushing on the bar with my heals, hooked straps around the locks so they were held open.
Did a bunch with the wife for sets of ten Probably about 400 ish pounds.
Then threw on some 100's bumped it to 600 and did 2x3 didn't feel super deep but I stopped when it crammed me thighs into my solarplexes
Loaded up the rope sled with 4 45's and a 35 pound plate an drug that thing forwards and backwards as fast and as long as I could go 20 minutes probably with some minor huffin and puffin in between.
