Yesterday picked up 3 different 2lb Cellucor flavors and a 2lb Dymatize and 30servings of C4 for 93 bucks shipped from bb.com

So all in all 8lbs of whey and C4, pretty decent price

The Wife and I like ordering from BB, good prices and ultra fast shipping:thumb: We had a couple mix ups on the orders and they re-shipped no questions asked and told us to keep the other order free:D

Just got my new Pre and Post workouts called Carbon. The Pre is no Stims so I can add in my own when I need it. Getting my diet more on point and the training, so hopefully this will be one more piece of the puzzle.

Is that Laynes new supp? Seems pricey vs buying the ingredients seperatly and mixing yourself from what i heard

Yes Laynes... I'm not going to the hassle of mixing all that stuff. Besides I don't have access to all of it up here and shipping can be a huge expensive pain to Alaska.

Killed legs yesterday. I can barely walk up the steps. Getting back into my hockey workout with kettlebells, step ups, lunges and a bunch of the seated leg press. My leg workout is more focused on explosive muscle reaction and not all out strentgh.

Seated Leg press machine
135x30 both legs
135x10 calf flex
45x10 right leg
45x10 left leg crossover
45x10 left leg
45x10 right leg crossover

3 sets of 10 walking lunges with 15# dumbbells

3 sets of 10 step up calf extension on a 1' step with 20# dumbbells

3 sets of 10 individual leg squats/dips on 1' step with 15# dumbbells

Kettlebell

Kinda hard to describe what I do. Lol. Its a snatch and grab on one leg with a 20# bell. You bend over on one leg and grab the bell off of the floor. While maintaining balance, lift the bell slowly above eye level and hold for as long as possible, then slowly place the bell back on the floor.

Oh and I did 4.5 miles on the bike in less than 12 min.

It honestly hurts to sit down today.

Picked up a railroad tie Thursday at work to put under a tower we were offloading. Somewhere in my motion I did something wrong as about 10 min later I didn't want to move as my back was sending some awesome pains down my right legs. So I've been stretching and trying to pop the back. It's helped a little but she is very angry so not much working out in my future, at least not for a while.

I just picked up some Vege Pro-7 protein from North Coast Naturals to try since the stuff I have been using is hard to get sometimes: Nova Forme Phytopro V. Does anyone have any opinions on this stuff? Thanks.

Never heard of either one Dan sorry. I'm sure one of these PHD knuckle draggers in here will chime in with an opinion:D

Pretty sure my CNS is fried to all hell, been sluggish lately :mad:

205x1/2 shoulders were getting sore as heck from lack of overhead work and poor snatch grip mobility, so i stopped there.

Leg press with the smith machine, cause the leg press at my gym blows goats.
Laid on my back and set the smith up so that I was pushing on the bar with my heals, hooked straps around the locks so they were held open.

Did a bunch with the wife for sets of ten Probably about 400 ish pounds.

Then threw on some 100's bumped it to 600 and did 2x3 didn't feel super deep but I stopped when it crammed me thighs into my solarplexes :D

Loaded up the rope sled with 4 45's and a 35 pound plate an drug that thing forwards and backwards as fast and as long as I could go 20 minutes probably with some minor huffin and puffin in between.

Never again will I order from supplement warehouse. Ordered 2.5 weeks ago and just got tracking. Supposed to be here end of next week. Out of pre workout, out of protein, out of bcaa....bodybuilding.com had it here 3 days later

Yea I learned. Once was enough from the competition lol.

In other news I was stretching the other night and got my back to crack. Good lord it sounded horrid but man it felt amazing. So going to throw some weights around in the morning. Gonna make my day much better
