Started week one over since my training buddy was still on his rest week last week...

315x4x6 went pretty well for working all day.

deads conventional
410x2x6 super pumped to get this as last week I literally could only get singles with a couple doubles in there...

set of 20 hypers to loosen the back up a tick

I don't know what I did either but man. I do good for about 10 or so steps and then I lift my left foot and it's like bazinga! and then I feel like I'm going to crumble like a little bit××


On a side note I got an email from bodybuilding.com and it had this cardio quads workout.

Rack 50% of your squat weight and for 20 min do sets of 10 alternating with a parter. After the 20 min in the squat rack you get on the leg press and do the same thing. 50% of max, sets of 10 for 20 min alternating with parter. Guess it's a absolute leg destroyer

Squats and deads today for me.

That's the most I've pulled on deads since I jacked my back up.

I kinda seem to be at a plateau on strength though. Maybe getting more gym time now will help though.

Most I've ever squatted was 350 I think, I feel I could do 315 for one.

Bench max last I tried was 315 (I've done 350 before)

Deads Max was 425 before I hurt myself.

I'd really like to get a consistent 400+ dead again and try to get to working sets of 315 on bench and squat. 3 plates just looks so much better than 2

I just order some supliments and some whey. The kind I wanted to try and had awesome reviews and great flavor ratings is out everywhere...so I ended up with some rsp

This thread has helped me change my diet alot though which mixed with exercise should benefit my gut...so thank you to all you strong ass motivation mofos

I think it's more for if you were in a time crunch and wanted to get in cardio and a good leg workout but I don't know. I've never done crossfit, just seems like it would make me hate my back some more.

Jesus that's moving iron. I'm gonna start in the morning. Won't be able to do tons of weight ad I don't have a squat rack per say. Hope to be able to progress like you guys...not not mention I got some supliments coming so that should help

Saw this on IG and couldn't help but think of you Albert. That dude is a kickass vet. Hes a bit crude but overall his attitude & motivation are hardcore & funny. You all on ig should follow him.
