Would I gain more by doing that? It honestly feels pretty good, lol.

I prefer to train as heavy as I can go but I powerlift....

If your happy and it feels good, keep on keepin on:thumb: It's working your squat is improving weekly. Super impressed with your progress. Maybe I should do 75 reps?

Things don't seem to feel as comfortable when I warm up less. That's the main reason
I have been doing as many reps as I have.

5 min walking
10 min jogging

Now we stretch alot. I haven't done squats or deads in forever and the legs are not happy. Probably need more water intake and stretching. Will try again tomorrow and see how they feel but I need to work on my legs and they are pretty scrony

I do to but today I lacked about 1/2 gallon. But my goal is to start lifting or cardio everyday for the next 12 weeks and pray for gains in the legs and back, chest arms and core is fairly strong bit I'm more worried about my back and leg development

High rep legs last night. Squats 135x10 165x10 205x10 3 sets 255x10. Deadlifts 135x10 205x8 205x7 235x5. My back was a little sore from driving to a job in the panhandle and working 25 hours strait and driving back yesterday. My e350 work van rides like crap,hell on my back.

I really had to go to my happy place to finish the front squats lol. I never do them but plan on using them more in the next couple cycles. Hopefully the extra volume will help push me to a 450ish squat:thumb:

Haha wow your guys warm up is my cringe level with squats. I need to build a rack to attach to my bench so I can do it in a proper place

Just keep at it:thumb: The weight will go up it just takes time and dedication. I have never been a good squatter, but I keep digging. 225 was my max a few years ago.

Crush those legs! Eat eat eat! And also get your mindset right.

I neglected my legs for the past year and I'm just now getting back into doing them (7 weeks straight). They will build up quickly just keep after it.
