Slow leg progress,squat 135x10,205x5,235x5,275x5. Now I can at least squat more than I can incline press. Dumbell deadlifts, 4 sets x20 reps 60#. Then more squats,135x25. I feel a little better with squats again but it will take time.

He held the world records in 4 different weight classes simultaneously. He still holds a couple bench records in full power meets from the late70's (all 3 lifts) but his bench only records have finally been broken. I think Jeremy Hoonstra beat the 242 class record finally in 2012, 35 years unbroken:thumb:

Flat bench 155x 10,225x10,255x8,275x6,295x6. Incline 135x10,205x8 2 sets,235 x5 2 sets. Standing military press,135x10 2 sets,145x6 2 sets. Dumbell incline flies 50# 4 sets 10 reps. Toasted.

A very lame but successful gym sesh today.

Lots of stretching, and a longer time on the treadmill today

Rows started to aggravate my right side lower back, so something is def still upset with me, but I am gonna take it slow and ease back into it.

Not sure when I will attempt deads again at the risk of really tweaking my side.

Haha work has taken over :D... I also f**ked up my lower back erectors. My upper glutes have been off and on in spasm for the last 4-5 weeks. Not good... Back in PT to address my pretty severe mobility issues.

Started a new gym today. Really good friend bought it so I'll be spending a lot of time there. Went on my lunch and got a 45 min workout in since its 2 minutes from work not 15.
