LOL... this is why I wait for people who KNOW what they are saying before I do things :D

Havent primed it yet. Thanks Guy.

Trying to figure out this coolant leak at the lower rad hose, anyone know whats up there or have a diagram of how it goes or something? I see no reason it should be leaking, but there is a little play back and forth with the clip in place, which leads me to beleive there is a thick neoprene washer or gasket type or something that goes in there to take up the slack.

mine did the same thing. took it apart, did it again. took it apart, it stopped and has been perfectly tight. just jack around with it and make sure you put it on evenly with good pressure as you put the clip in place

Jared do you remember if there was an oring in place or anything? Im thinking it is inside the hose and most people dont even notice.... I just must have lost it.

ya, there is an oring seated inside the hose. just put your fingers in there and follow the ring around to make sure its seated right. i think i used a little wd-40 also to make sure it didn't catch as i slid it on

Ya, definitely dont have that oring. I hope I can buy it separately.

I have a fuel leak from the drivers side rail at the back... Im thinking FPRV.

Jason, did we get an ORing on the back?

Yah there is one there. Remember we put the original one you had in

Its been a year but I think you leave that o ring out of the rail when you replace the fprv with the dual cp3 fitting. the oring has to be used on the block that mounts off the valve cover. I had a issue were it was not returning fuel fast enough thru the factory line and the little horse shoe line that goes to the rain and the return line was leaming fuel in that area from the gold looking blocker. I just used a race valve in the gold block and added a extra t in line and made the return line make a extra loop before returning .

So you are saying at the back of the drivers sisde fuel rail where the fitting for the dual cp3 goes you DONT put a o ring? I beleive we put an oring there and then I bought 1 more at aNAPA to replace the one we pulled for there. It seems like its leaking from the back of the rail on the drivers side.... wonder if I need to pull that washer off.

Damn that's probably the problem then. I never installed one before didn't have the instructions yet when I did that part.

OK at least not too big of a deal.

Wish I cou ld be out racing driving and enjoying... few more days.

I will pull my GPCM etc and pull the new piece that replaced the FPRV and see if I can remove the oring and hopefully that will fix it. Decent ammount of fuel coming down.

Then just an oring to solve the coolant and I could be driving :(

I went to NAPA and all the auto stores but all they had was 2.50 ID not OD, and it was too big. Napa can order a 2.5 OD for me and have it Tuesday, or I can attempt the correct one from the dealer. Ideas?
