Had a guy give up and sell his LLY bc of this. Broke 2 flex plates and a flywheel, never figured it out. Fuel pressure at the filter head was spot on and desired and actual were within 4% of each other. We did find that the trans pressures were going nuts during the bad shift, but never could figure out why. Pulled the trans and it was perfect, looked almost new...

I asked if you had tried a new tcm and thought you said yes?? Id try james tcm before giving up that should have been one of the first things to try
