what size piping are you guys running from the exhaust manifolds to the turbo?

Type, size, diameter(ID/OD)..? I'm gonna tackle this myself other than y-bridge/IC pipes because EDP wants $2k to do it and call me cheap, but I can do most of it just not setup to weld alum..

I can weld it myself u just need the parts..probably pre bent ones because I have no way to bend them..also will need IC pipes and y-bridge because I do not have a setup for alum welding..
Talk to Rick at ProFab they have all the parts you need for the up-pipes, etc' as well as complete kits.

I think Henry at Creatures has complete manifolds and up-pipes for the stock location.

Quick is not something that I would call this type of fabrication. If you need the truck soon, buy the complete stuff from someone.

If you do not have all the equipment to do the fabrication, this may not be the project that you want to attack.

I will probably have Rick make me a reversed short y-bridge, and Im getting his manifolds, lower uppipe flanges, and bellows, and from frozenboost I'm getting elbows, header wrap, and some straight pieces and silicone elbows for the intake, I'm having a guy that's in the usmc here bend me up some ic pipes that will go to the reversed shorty y-bridge..it will take some time but I think it will be worth it and a lot cheaper than buying a kit that I was quoted $2k..

Here is how we did it on Rob's Truck this year. And so you know it does cost quite a bit to do it right. Wish that it didn't, but most of the piping is stainless and all the small stuff costs quite a bit. Here is a couple of different locations...

I know it will be a pain to do that's why I'm trying to get all the info..if I went with a kit kit would cost me $2000(kit), $500(manifolds), and $800(turbo)..I was just trying to keep it closer to $2000 total if is means I have to build it myself..I'm not too worried how long the truck is down, however I would like to get this done and get it back on the road in a somewhat timely manner..

The main problem is that if you are wanting to do it yourself which I think is freakin awsome, no one else is going to be able and tell you what all you are going to need. The piping is the hardest part and most expensive. You can do it with stock manifolds, you just need to get creative. If you are trying to save money, I would reuse the stock manifolds and put that money into a good charger...
