Yea my grandparents own Barn Metal in Boonville and I've been fabing and machining stuff all my life so I love this stuff lol, I'm also a diesel mech for the usmc, it's just tough to do because I'm 1800 miles away from our 2 acre shop and welders, bandsaws, benders, shears, brakes, etc..main thing is I know how restrictive the stock manifolds are and I don't want to get down the road and want to upgrade them and the piping not match up..

I understand. I would love to help, but sounds like you are trying to do the impossible with very limited resources. I would say start by calling Rick Lance, get some 2" piping, bends and straight, headers, and flanges. Sit the charger where you are wanting it to sit and start making the piping to it. Make sure to check clearance all the time...:thumb:

im looking into just buying the mount, exhaust piping, and turbo oil lines from Empire so I won't have to weld anything, then have Rick make me a reversed y-bridge and I've got a guy here that can bend me up some intercooler pipes..I think that combo will be the easiest route even tho it wont be built by me:( maybe next time..

I'm in the process of relocating the pass battery and ficm and deleting the fuel filter..

I built my own side mount turbo setup this spring. I used schedule 40 2" mild steel pipe. You can buy 90's and 45's in schedule 40 ms from plumbing supply places. It is overkill but its working really well for me. I bought my turbo flange, bellows and all the 3 bolt flanges from Rick. I used Kodiak manifolds pointed towards the front, you have to remove the factory fan though.
